Spring is here, and so are our seasonal specials – Fresh from Le Marché. Wander through le marché with us – where baskets overflow with fresh produce, herbaceous scents linger in the air, and every stall tells a different story.

Our Spring Specials are inspired by this daily ritual, from our Wye Valley asparagus, grown by the Chinn family for generations, to delicate Gariguette strawberries, a French springtime favourite.

With a selection of small plates to try, a showstopping Spring Lamb Shank Navarin for your main course and a Gariguette Strawberry Trifle to finish, this year’s Spring Specials is our best one yet.
